Common Questions
Does the 2nd device cost extra?
No. Every license includes two device activations at no additional cost. Pay €4 for 1 year or €8 for Lifetime and activate two devices.
What devices count toward the two activations?
Any combination of Android TV, Amazon Fire TV, Android phone, or Android tablet. Each device uses one activation slot.
Can I move an activation to a different device?
Yes. Sign in to your dashboard at vplayer.us/customer/login and use the Switch MAC option to transfer an activation to a new MAC address.
What happens when my 1-year license expires?
You can renew anytime from your dashboard. Your playlists, settings, and parental PIN are preserved across renewals.
Are there refunds?
No. V Player offers a full 7-day free trial so you can test the app with your provider and devices before paying. Once a license is purchased, all sales are final.
Does the price include content or playlists?
No. V Player is a media player only. The license covers the app and its features. You must supply your own playlist from a licensed provider.
